Terms of Use

The conditions governing access to Komenze and use of its business collaboration services.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Agreement and company

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you or the organization you represent and Komenze Technologies Private Limited, Panchkula, Haryana, India (“Komenze”). By accessing the service, creating an account or using a workspace, you accept these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

What Komenze provides

Komenze is a collaboration and execution platform for software and technology teams, including projects, tasks, messaging, approvals, support and related integrations. Features and availability may differ by plan, deployment and signed agreement. We may update functionality, subject to applicable commitments.

Accounts and administrators

You must provide accurate account details, protect credentials and use the service only with authorized access. The customer organization controls invitations, roles, workspace permissions and content. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Acceptable use

You must not use Komenze to violate laws or third-party rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; bypass security or usage controls; disrupt the service; send unlawful or abusive content; or probe other customers’ data. We may restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, customers or legal compliance.

Trials, plans and payments

Where offered, a hosted trial lasts 15 days unless a different period is expressly shown. Hosted subscriptions, seats, pricing, billing cycles, applicable taxes, renewal and cancellation conditions are those disclosed in the relevant checkout, order form or signed agreement. A trial does not automatically create a paid obligation unless you expressly authorize a paid subscription. Payments may be processed by third-party gateways.

Enterprise deployments

Dedicated installations, source-code licensing, implementation services, maintenance and enterprise support are governed by a separate written agreement or order form. If that agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement governs to the extent of the conflict.

Customer content and intellectual property

Your organization retains ownership of its data, files, communications and other content submitted to the platform. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, back up and display that content to provide and support the service. Komenze retains ownership of its software, branding, documentation and related intellectual property, except where expressly licensed under a signed agreement.

Confidentiality and integrations

Users must respect confidential information and access permissions. You are responsible for selecting and authorizing third-party integrations and complying with their terms. Third-party services may operate independently and may change or become unavailable.

Availability and support

We aim to maintain reliable service, but planned maintenance, external provider issues and unforeseen incidents can affect availability. Specific uptime, response-time or service-level commitments apply only where stated in an executed agreement. Support enquiries can be sent to support@komenze.com.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for material breaches, security threats, non-payment where applicable, or legal requirements, using reasonable notice where practicable. Account termination and data export or deletion are subject to the applicable plan, customer agreement, legal obligations and technical retention schedules.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations expressly stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated liability cap, indemnity or service warranty in a signed agreement takes precedence.

Law, disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory laws and any different governing-law provision in a signed agreement. Subject to applicable law and contractual dispute procedures, courts of competent jurisdiction in Panchkula, Haryana will have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms prospectively and publish the updated effective date. Material changes affecting existing customers may require additional notice or acceptance as required by law or contract.
